If you need a system that’s sufficient in providing ample surround sound and the complete home theater experience, then you should get a RCA RT2910. A few features of the RCA RT2910 home theater system would include three HDMI inputs, an optical and coax for additional surround sound inputs, connection to analog stereo sources and a line-in for iPod connections. The entire package comes with one subwoofer, five satellites, DVD player and remote. All this runs on 1000 watts of power, which is more than enough for optimal performance. The sound quality was excellent. The speakers deliver such a crisp clean sound. You could hear my system from the first floor (and I’m on the 3rd floor of my apartment complex).

I found out later on how much my brother paid for the home theater system and was pleasantly surprised on how well it functioned for such a low priced system. From the way it performs, I would have thought that it costs a little more. The RT2910 is really a great value. Compared to other home theaters in the $200 price range, it really delivers quality sound. Even though it’s a pretty basic system, it’s good enough for a home theater. I always liked the idea of watching movies in the comfort of my own home and with a home theater system your movie watching experience is really enhanced.

I’ve had the home theater system now for a few weeks and there haven’t been any problems with it so far. In my opinion, it may be one of the most ideal systems for small spaces such as apartments and studios. Every time I watch movies, the sound literally fills my entire one bed room apartment. The deep bass really enhances the overall audio of the movie. I don’t even have to put the volume all the way for me to start feeling the vibration of the audio. I especially like the night feature. It reduces the effect of loud sounds and bass during a movie that involves a lot of loud action scenes, gun shots and explosions.
